CH IRISH'S CROWN PRINCE 'Parker'

(Ch. Irish's Majestical Maxwell x Ch. Irish's Grand Duchess)

HR U-CDX Am/Can CH IRISH'S WHISPERING NORTHWIND UD SH Can CDX CGC 'Reed'

Reed, at 8 years old, is pictured here winning VETERAN First at the ACC Supported Entry of the Kennel Club of Philadelphia show, 11-12-04.

Reed is co-owned with Maggie Fisher. Maggie came to us in 1996 wanting to purchase a female puppy to re-establish her kennel. She liked our dogs and our line was her only access to Ch. Shore Waters Michigan, the first Chessie she had purchased years ago. We had bred to him, producing our first litter in 1979. We chose Reed from our Ted x Bonita litter to co-own with Maggie. With our direction in choosing sires for Reed’s litters, she was able to accomplish her goal.

Reeds fist litter sired by Ch. Irish’s Mystical Merlin produced Ch. NorthWyn Lord Merlin's Legacy JH – ‘Logan’ for Maggie. The second breeding (our only litter) to Irish’s Drake of Wildfowlbay produced many fine hunting companions along with the Winners Bitch of the 2003 ACC National Specialty – ‘Kuma’ - Ch. Irish’s Mystical Maiden (owned by Bob & Kip Cosan, Gary & Dorene Irish). Reeds last breeding we directed, sired by Ch. Redlions Short Fuse, produced only one puppy. He was Winners Dog at the 2006 ACC National Specialty – ‘Fisher’ - Ch. Northwyns Whispering Reflection JH (owned by Maggie Fisher).

(Ch. Victors Ocqueoc Teddybear x Ch. Irish's Bodacious Bonita)

Reed is pictured here with the CH EASTERN WATERS BETSY ROSS UD MEMORIAL TROPHY. She earned the trophy by being the Chesapeake to earn the most points toward a UD title in 2001. Reed finished her Utility Dog title that year with back to back First Place legs in a weekend. The following year in 2002 at the ACC Supported entry of the Kalamazoo Kennel Club show, she earned High Scoring Chesapeake in Trial, High Combined, Highest Scoring Veteran and placed first in the Veteran conformation class.
