Foreman - GCH*Irish's I'm A Knock Out (CH Irish's Gallant Sailor x CH Irish's Crown Princess) Foreman is approaching 9 years old this season. He and Gary do all their duck hunting either on the Thornapple River that runs through our property in Nashville, MI. or if the woods are flooded, they will hunt the woods.

Not the first duck of the season, but first photo op. Taken this past week at our property in Nashville. Woods were flooded so they didn't have to go all the way back to the river for this one.

Finn - Finn is 2 1/2 this year. He is out of GCHB** Irish's Master Jake & CH Irish's No Backin' Down. Owned by Mike & Theresa Rupp. Mike says besides all the ducks Finn retrieved this year, he also retrieved 78 birds during the Dove season.

Another of Finn with owner's son Kaleb. This hunt put him at 72 retrieves for the season so far. — in Rossford, Ohio.

This hunt made 41 retrieves for Finn this season.

Coco - 5 months old from our Max (GCH Irish's Magic Max) & Roxy (GCH* Irish's Darkness of the Royal Knight) litter. She is co-owned with Sal & Tiffany Mantalbano. This year for Coco is more about learning the ropes.

Carlos - (GCH Irish's I'm A Knock Out x CH Irish's Macha Gaiscioch) Owned by Mike & Stacey Bernethy. Carlos ended the 2017 season retrieving 401 ducks and 132 geese.

And from 9-21. Mike said one of the birds coasted down to a lake about a third of a mile away. An hour later Carlos came back with the bird! — in Ashton, Michigan.

End of the season report from Carlos and owner Mike Bernethy - Well the book is closed on the 2017 waterfowl season. Yesterday was so cold I walked backwards to a creek bend because the 30+ mph wind with snow and 4 degree temp gave me an ice cream headache! Carlos wasn’t the least put off and swam for 5 retrieves ice and all! Ended today with 401 ducks 132 geese. — in Fremont, Michigan.
