CH* IRISH'S LADY OF CLOVER LEAF
(Ch. Irish's Crown Prince x Ch. Irish's Royal Lady O' Grandeur)
'SUE'
July 25, 2003 ~ December 3, 2020
Sue was one of those dogs that we didn't really show until she was older. She lives with us and it just seemed we were always busy concentrating on getting the other dogs titles. However, when she did finish, she finished in style. In 2008, the year she finished, I had told Gary early in the year I wanted to get her title and we would enter her in shows until her coat was gone. Well, by the time of the Grand Traverse Kennel Club show weekend in June, her coat was about blow in a big way. It reminded me of a dandelion puff. I think if a big wind would have come along it would have blown off her. I wouldn't let anyone pet her that weekend it was so loose. Well my game plan worked. Sue took Best of Breed both days along with a Group 4 on Saturday. She was finished just in time with her coat. You can see in the one photo how sun bleached and ready to blow her coat was, but she got the job done.
